What happens when I attend for a session?

We’ll begin by talking about what you’d like support with and what you hope to achieve through hypnotherapy. 

I'll guide you through the process step by step and answer any questions you may have—so you feel informed, comfortable, and fully supported from the start.

Are there any dangers?

Generally no.  Most important point here is to make sure you feel comfortable with your therapist.

How successful is it?

Hypnotherapy often has a high success rate, but as with any approach—whether medication or traditional therapy—there are no absolute guarantees.

The most important factor in its effectiveness is you. Your openness, commitment, and willingness to engage with the process play a vital role in creating meaningful and lasting change.

How many sessions?

Everyone responds differently to hypnotherapy, so the number of sessions will vary. Most people benefit from a minimum of three, but we'll tailor the approach based on your progress and goals.

The Stop Smoking session is typically completed in a single appointment. However, if stress or other underlying factors are present, an additional session may offer extra support.
